Shiatsu works on pressure points and is thought of as a massage version of acupuncture, where you can address specific muscular and joint pains.
Whatever spa treatments you choose, the thing to remember is visit a spa and let your stress melt away- that is the main purpose of a spa. That might mean differing treatments for the results you want, but the idea is to come out feeling more relaxed and exhilarated.
